Plusmo
Plusmo is a system for running and managing small applications or widgets on your phone. There is a huge choice of widgets ranging from news sources, through traffic and weather information to games and horoscopes.
These widgets pull their information from the web but run in the Plusmo system and so share a common user interface. They are all managed in the same way.
The Plusmo main screen shows the widgets that you have downloaded.
WHO WOULD USE IT?
There are such a wide range of widgets that this is going to be a useful addition to anyone's phone. No matter what you do or are interested in there is sure to be something that you can use or enjoy.
You can flip your main screen into carousel mode.
WALK THROUGH
To start you will need to download the Plusmo app to your phone. To do this point your browser to
http://plusmo.com. You will see a button that says `Get Plusmo Now'. Use this to download the app and then install Plusmo on your phone. Once it is installed you will need to register with a user name and password. From there you can start using the widgets that are automatically installed with the app (Google News, Mobile Search or Sudoku) or search for, download and install other widgets.

Features
You can create your own widget or mashup.
There is a huge library of widgets to search or browse.
Use the menu to delete or reorder the widgets in Plusmo.
There are two views of your widgets: all on screen as icons or in a carousel of icons with a little explanation in a speech bubble.
You can email items to your friends or invite them to use Plusmo.
You can send feedback to the Plusmo developers.
Each widget has its own set of features.

Pros
Plusmo has a very well designed user interface with easy to read fonts and good looking graphics.
Cons
The quality of the widgets is uneven. As they are developed by a wide variety of people they don't all work completely as advertised.
Verdict
If you can't find an interesting and useful widget you aren't trying.
